At Relief Lab, we want customers to understand shipping expectations before placing an order.

Order processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and fulfillment conditions.

Shipping locations We ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Shipping costs Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment is completed. If an order qualifies for free shipping, that will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Estimated delivery times Estimated delivery times begin after an order has shipped.

  • United States: approximately 6–11 business days
  • International: approximately 10–25 business days
  • Brazil: delivery timelines may be longer depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, peak demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Tracking information is sent by email once available. In some cases, tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipment has been created.

Delayed or lost packages If your order experiences an extended delay, please contact us at support@relieflab.us. Depending on the order destination and shipment status, a refund or replacement may only be available after the applicable review period has passed.

Delivered but not received If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly. We may ask you to confirm the issue and, where needed, provide supporting documentation from the carrier or postal authority before a refund or replacement can be reviewed.

Customs, duties, and taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect shipping information Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order. Relief Lab is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
